Low Carb Pizza

Protein Packed Pizza.

Serves: 2-4 42g Protein 9g fat 15g carbs Ingredients: Pizza base: 2 cups egg whites Salt and pepper PIZZA TOPPINGS: (these are optional, pick your favorite toppings for your pizza OR to create this exact pizza here is the ingredients) BBQ pizza sauce (highly recommended) 60g short cut bacon (2 slices no fat) 50g light mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup corn kernals 1/2 cup red capsicum

1/2 cup mushroom sliced 1/2 Zucchini 1/2 brown onion 1 hand full spinach leaves 1:Carefully pour egg whites into a 28cm non stick pan

(if possible or add spray and cook) on medium heat if egg whites bubble gently pierce bubbles with a knife 

2. (This step is only needed if your toppings need cooking) in a pan on medium heat cook your bacon,mushrooms and onion until onion is lightly brown then add your corn, capsicum and zucchini. Cook for 1 - 2 minutes 3. Once the base of the egg whites is cooked and it is becoming firm place under the grill. 4. Once the top of your egg whites is firm remove the pan from the grill and evenly spread the BBQ pizza sauce ontop 5. Spoon already cooked mixture on to the pizza sauce cover with spinach sprinkle with cheese again and place under the grill for 2-3 minutes / until the cheese has melted Enjoy
