When it comes to feeding the kids we want it to be yum but also mindful of making it healthy as well here is a quick recipe for chicken nuggets and chips.
We have made our nuggets & some delish sweet potato chips!
Pre heat oven to 180 Nuggets -
Chicken breast sliced and diced
1 cup of almond meal
Sprinkle of desired dry herbs.
Mix your egg in one bowl
Place your almond meal in a second bowl add seasonings mix
Pick your diced chicken dip in egg then dip in almond meal
Sweet potato chips - Quater and slice sweet potatoes
Place in a pan with coconut oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Mix with your hands so oil is mixed through Place in the oven for 30 minutes make sure you check chicken to ensure it is thoroughly cooked!
10 mins to prep and make 30 minutes to cook!
